Punching

With our Trumpf TC200 CNC punching machine, we handle a variety of materials (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and more) ranging from 0.9mm to 5mm in thickness. Paired with Jetcam software, we optimize material efficiency, reduce production costs, and can punch 60x12mm louvre sizes for fast, high-quality results.

Bending

Our 110-ton 3M press forms up to 6mm Mild Steel, 5mm Aluminium, and Stainless Steel, while our experienced team ensures flawless results. Paired with our rollers, capable of handling 5mm thick, 1250mm wide materials, we tackle even the most challenging metal forming projects with precision.

Fabrication & Welding

With expert MIG/TIG welders providing bespoke fabrication for Mild Steel and Stainless Steel, ensuring exceptional quality and tight tolerances for even the most complex projects. Our team offers reliable, cost-effective sheet metal fabrication solutions to meet your technical specifications and deadlines.

Powder Coating

Our powder coating services provide a smooth, durable finish through electrostatic application, ensuring long-lasting results. With a wide range of powders and finish types available, no job is too small. Using state-of-the-art Gema equipment and a professional baking oven, we deliver the highest quality finish on even the most complex parts.
